They appear to have white shanks and feet. White shanks and feet are a characteristic of a Marans. My guess is the same as Real Lemons :Barred marans. I also believe, as others said they are a cross between a bird carrying silver ( silver cuckoo marans) a bird carrying gold (gold cuckoo marans ) or in other words the birds are sex linked. The bird in the middle is different because he does not have the gene melanotic in him. Both parents of the middle bird would have carried only one melanotic to produce a bird like him or one parent did not carry melanotic at all and the other only carried one melanotic gene.
He looks like a rhode island red cross. If you cross him with a rhode island red and he produces young with yellow legs and shanks, then that would indicate he was crossed with a RIR or some other black tailed red breed.
