I gave eggs to two hens. Three chicks hatched and now six hens are taking care of those three babies. Two of the hens were not even broody!
It's pretty funny to watch. Most of the hens in that run were raised by three of the hens so when they call the babies. everyone comes running. Poor roosters are just staying out of the way.
Got all but one in the picture. The black one in the middle, isn't one of the six, but she came for the food.
