Most likely Aspergillosis, caused by the inhalation of spores of the fungus. Common in hatchery chicks, but is also present in any incubator or brooder that have less sanitary conditions. Common in dusty, humid conditions. Can be from hatching eggs that are dirty, overly contaminated with feces.
I think it's too young to have Infectious Coryza or Bronchitis, although, that is a possibility.
There is really no treatment, only prevention by having sanitary conditions.
