3 day old Chick having hard time breathing

We have a 3 day old chick who was fine , running around, and then yesterday started breathing through her mouth and now seems sluggish.
Please tell me how to help her or what to do.

Is she too warm? or too cold?

I have moved her and she has not changed

ther is no mucus coming out her nose , no coughing. and sleeping alot
she is breathing thru her mouth
