3 day old chick is picking out all its butt feathers!

What do I do with a three day old chick that is pulling the feathers out of its rear end?! It started out kinda krusty so I used a hypoallergenic baby wipe to clean up it's rear. But when I went back to check on them a few hours later it has been picking and pulling at itself and now it has a bald bum.

Any advice?

I had this happen to one of my chicks, she kept getting pasty butt and even though I would clean it she still picked at it all the time. I put a little coconut oil on it, I think maybe it's the chick equivalent of diaper rash?
