3 day old chicks eye won't close??

I put some Saline solution on her eye, she still can't close it. Now that I look closer, its the bottom lid that closes on chickens right? She just don't seem to have a lid? This is so strange. She's eating and drinking better but still not as good as the rest. Guess I'll see what happens by morning

On another note-how did the silkie eggs arrive what day are they on so I can keep track
