3 degrees out right now and they insist on being outside!

I have bantams and i was run down at the door! They must have thought i was going to keep them in! Is it too cold at 3 for them to be out? It isnt windy and the coop is holding at 20 right now inside. Should i leave them out????

I don't have bantams but I give mine the option to decide for themselves. In single digit Fahrenheit temperatures, mine choose to go outside if there is no wind.
