3 drakes and a hen ...ugh

I have rouen ducks and I'm a first time duck owner. I'm quickly figuring things out.
My intention was to get eggs from a small flock and my daughters surprised me..ugh.
What should I do? I want more hens and less drakes cause I read drakes will give my 1 hen a hard time. I do believe I'm correct on the sex because of the green shine coming in on their heads.
They're all the same age...8 weeks old.

You're going to have to either get rid of 2 drakes, or keep the males in a separate pen. Keeping all four together will likely result in a dead hen.

I agree and That's the hard part. What age should I get rid of them? I'm going to get 4 hens soon. Should I still get rid of 2 drakes or 1? Or what?

I would only keep one. Or if you're up for keeping 2 pens keep the drakes in one and the hens in another.

If you are going to part with 2, probably the sooner the better. Before they hit puberty.
