If I had to guess, the white ones are roos, the darker ones, pullets.

My guwess is the same. Here lately That is the trend that I've been seeing in Easter Eggers. Light (turn White with leakage) are boys and darker colors are girls (differrent shades of gold with black flecks). Although my brother ordered some of them from Murray McMurray this year and got a rooster that turned out red and black in color, so I guess there are still a few darker colored roosters out there in Easter Eggers.

I agree with Mahonri. I have a white splash hen but that white one has a pretty red comb for so young. The others appear to be pullets!

White one - Cockerel

Second one - Pullet

Third - I can't really tell much from it at all.

The third one looks slightly boyish to me.. The colors are kind of splotchy, just like my first EE boy's were as a baby. It's hard to tell with EEs though. Cute birds!
