3 eggs haven’t hatched

Okay so I had 8-9 chicks hatch Mother’s Day to the next day! I know 8 hatched Mother’s Day but the 9th I am not sure. There are still 3 eggs that didn’t hatch. Do I assume they won’t and get rid of them??? Mama hen still sits on them but she is getting up more and more to scratch around and show the babies where the food is. Should I candle the eggs? Attached a picture of my mama and her babies bc they are cute.

Can you candle the three remaining eggs in a dark room to Look for signs of life?

I went to candle them and last night she rolled them all out of her nest and they were frozen cold. So I guess she decided they were done. She is now focused on babies
