3 Hens back feathers missing - Agressive Roo???

I have 3 and now noticed a 4th hen where her feathers are completely gone, looks plucked clean. Skin is smooth and not injured. Is this the result of on "over active" Roo? It's 100 degress here, so Im sure the extra breeze feels good. Just wondering if I should remove the Roo. Any thoughts?

Yep yep overactive roo is what that is. How many hens do you have? I would remove the rooster, get some hen saddles or more hens!

He seems to only be "targeting" my buff orps. I have 4 buff orps, 6 barred rocks and 12 - 4 mo old chicks. My coop is full, so adding more hens is not an option... If I got rid of him, how well do hens accept a new roo (next spring chick)?
