No, he will not produce any Showgirls being bred to a Silkie. If they do not show the trait, they can not produce the trait. Getting more pics this evening, I will get them loaded.

I don't care if he shows a little odd color, I want him for my half breed Silkies that I use for eating eggs.
They will be kept separate and I know the hens will like having their own roo. I think your young roo would be just fine with them.
I just was not interested in Showgirls.

Here's some updated pics of the Split Lav boy. He is showing white in wing feathers, these may or may not go away after his first molt. He also has some copper coloring in his wings.

He was about a month old when I picked him up in March.
