3 month old cockerel eating behavior

I have a 3 month old Olive Egger F2 and he is a little rowdy but not aggressive. One thing that bothers me is when I feed the Olive Egger gang (4 pullets, 3 cockerels) anything special, he pushes everyone, including the ladies, and tries to devour everything himself. Will maturing put a stop to this? My previous rooster (an Easter Egger) would always show his ladies the food, and I rarely ever saw him eat. Like a true gentleman.
