3 month old peachick need help with color and gender

Hi I have a 3 week old peachick I incubator hatched. Now that it's getting older I would like to find out other people opinion of color and sex. Parents are India blue male, mother is black shoulder female. I don't believe the chick is India blue. I'm thinking black shoulder male. But if anyone can please help It

It's hard to see your peababy in that lighting but it does look like a Black Shoulder.

It has blue green starting to appear at base of neck. He was not being very cooperative. He kept hiding in corner. I thought it was a black shoulder male but someone kept telling me it had to be a female if it had white on head
