3 month old wobbly turkey

I have a 3 month old slate turkey that has suddenly started acting drunk. It started a few days ago. He was happy and healthy then boom he can't keep his balance very well. He is mobile but wobbly and sometimes falls over. Even when trying to roost He sometimes falls . He is eating and drinking like normal and even strutting. His poo is a lil more soft than usual but no other changes. He acts like his normal self. Any clues out there as to his issue?

He is currently on country road chick started grower. Medicated!. which is new to him. Just started it a few weeks ago. the picture is of him last week before all this started. The video and the pic of poo is from today.

A three month old turkey should not be on medicated starter. A healthier choice would be a quality all flock feed of at least 20% protein.

I personally would not feed that stuff to a chick and definitely not to a turkey.

I didn't pick up this food my son was turkey watching for me last week. Normally I only buy organic food for all my chickens and turkey. I will change his food back tonight.

Turkeys need more of certain vitamins and minerals than chicken chicks, so if switching back to what you normally feed doesn't work I would suggest switching to a feed formulated for turkeys his age.
