3 month serama male or female??

I thought my baby girl Thumbus was a girl for so long, but as shes approaching 4 months old in less than 2 weeks her face got really red and her comb is growing. Is this normal?? Shes still tiny compared to the rooster I have when he was her age (they are 1 month apart)
Third pic is my serama rooster, hes almost 5 months old now
Thumbus was not sexed btw. I had a hunch and I'm hoping its right

Shes also super friendly, she was raised solely by me bc she was my only chicken at the time , had her since she was a few mins old
