3 months old quail not laying egg.

Hi I have 3 female quails in total, they are exactly 3 months old today. But one of them hasn't laid an single egg. Any idea why? They have enough light, the other 2 are laying but I don't understand why just one won't lay.

It takes my quail forever to start laying. Also it’s winter

some of them might just be slow bloomers.

Are they getting14-16 hours of light per day? If not, they might not lay. Any stress can also cause them to not lay.

Quail won’t lay for a number of reasons like daylight, stress, sometimes weather conditions and even at this age some won’t lay.
