The second one if from the 'assorted heavy' kind of looks like my Welsumers did as chicks, or maybe they could be baby speckled sussexes, or a brown leghorn? My Byc page has pics of my Welsummers as chicks and my red sex links/buff orpington/new hampshire chicks. Good luck! I like variety too!

I think it is a safe bet that the first one is a Black Sex Link.
The second looks like maybe an EE? Maybe not. It could be a brown type Leghorn. you may need to just wait on that one.
Number three is either Red Sex Link or Golden Sex Link, aka Red Production, Red Star, Golden Comet, Cinnamon Queen, etc. Really good for eggs. It is also a girl because the boys have different coloring, like white.
