3 of 4 hens dead

So I just went outside to check the 4 hens in the coop and 3 of the 4 are dead and there are feathers everywhere..the top of the box is secure and none of the chicken wire has been compromised they were all fine yesterday..do you think the one surviving hen could have killed the other 3

No you have a hole and something got through. Chickens can kill each other, but it generally takes a mob of them or some time. I would put money on you having a weasles.

Now that I went out there to clean them up two of them were fully intact didn't look like any damage but the 3rd was ripped open and had no head..I'm guessing something slipped under it I'm going to work on better securing it

It sounds like maybe a weasel. The ones we have where I live are pretty small and can get through the smallest of spaces. They will sometimes bite under the wing or on the neck, then lap up the blood. A weasel could get through the holes in chicken wire. I'd back that up with some 1/2" hardware cloth.
