3 out of 5 are laying

I have 22 week old s. 5 of them. 3 of them started laying about 2 weeks ago. The other 2 barred rock, plymouth and a buff have not laid a thing. Is something wrong? Or should I just be patient?

Just be patient, they all usually start at different times. Although you should have some soon.
