3 Roosters, 2 Hens

So, I've got 3 Roos and 2 Hens, isn't that something? I obviously knew I got 1 Roo, but 3!? So, I just wanted to update y'all on my chickens since I haven't been on here or updated in awhile. That's it for now. I'll get pics tomorrow if y'all would like.

By the way, is that gonna be okay or am i gonna have to get rid of 1-2 Roosters? or get rid of them all?

What if I get more hens?? They were all suppose to be hens, but I suppose I misread the box they were in...

In one word, NO. It will not be okay to keep 2 pullets with 3 cockerels. Unless you want overbred unhappy pullets.

Get rid of 2, or all 3 males. If you can't do that then build a separate coop and run for the males or plan on adding another 30 or so pullets to your flock.

Oh, jeez, Thank you for telling me this. We can not do 30+ more hens. o.o So, we might be building another coop and run for 'em or getting rid of them.

Have you had chickens before? If not I would suggest getting rid of all the cockerels and sticking with a female only flock to start. Maybe consider adding another 2 to the pullets you have.

I had these chickens for about 4-5 months now and no this is my first time having chickens and we get them from Tractor Supply and you have to get 6. Georgia law or something like that.
