Thanks so much for your response. She was about 6 years old. I did check the other girls for mites and didn't see anything, but I've added diatomaceous earth to their run just in clase.

Chickens can have a lifespan between 5-10 years old. I've had some die at 5 and I have a few now that are 9 years old. So she might have just been old and it was her time. The lethargy, lack of eating, green poop was probably the result of her body shutting down because she is within that age bracket.
