3 to 4 month old olive egger gender

We have a Oliver egger that is acting aggressive. It keeps grabbing one of the princess that is around the same age on the back of the neck. Here is a couple pictures is it a rooster?

He's a cockerel, and he probably was mating, not actually being aggressive.

That sucks he's really a pretty tame chicken. So do I separate him. He is making the life of the other 10 chickens in the intermediate brooder miserable. They range from around 4 months to 2 months. Also I have some straight run 2 Silkies and 2 Mille Fleurs which I suspect at least one will be a rooster. When they grow up wont the bigger Easter Egger attack the smaller roosters?

I mean Olive Egger. Also we want to sell extra eggs if we keep him. will our hens look beat up and the eggs be ok to sell? I know a rooster will protect them.
