3 unknowns!

I know my ducks but with chickens I’m unfortunately clueless as to sexing and breeds so if anyone could help I’d greatly appreciate it.
First off is a white silkie I believe
Then a brown bird with a Mohawk and a very feminine face for a bird
The friendliest of all my birds is this grey/black one
They are all the same age which is maybe 3ish month’s

I am going to guess the silkie is a cockerel, the brown is pullet, and the gray/blue is pullet.

Where did you get them from? The gray/blue one kinda looks like a Sapphire Gem.

They are all tractor supply chicks, they were in the dollar bin so they had no labels unfortunately
