3 (used to be 4) chickens

I have had many problems over the years. Losing a bird is sad, but sometimes expected. What's not expected, is a hen leaving, and weeks later coming back with 7 chicks in tow!

That would be adorable! But sadly, it was super unexpected and I came out and saw her laying there motionless. It was very traumatic. The sad thing is that she was my favorite and I’ve also lost two dogs within this year
