Glitterchicks
Free Ranging
I heard somewhere that they're easier to sex when they are young and photos from the top are best. Any guesses with these littles?

That way it is a Guess and not a determination .Barrings never failed me with tsc chicks. And it doesn't hurt to look and see and if you find out different in a few weeks, no harm done imo. Unless you get rid of all suspected cockerels. I take any sex guesses on here with a grain of salt and keep chicks until I'm sure.
Pretty much anything but autosexing and sex linked is a guess until they lay an egg or get specific male feathers. I'd like to see where the ones who get straight stripes on the wings instead of spotty bits of white turn out to be pullets. That way it is a Guess and not a determination .
i think that barred rock can usually be sexed at a very young age. it may not ALWAYS be accurate but you do not have to just blow it off as too young!Pretty much anything but autosexing and sex linked is a guess until they lay an egg or get specific male feathers.
