I had three baby chicks, I sadly lost one a few days ago, leaving me only two chances for a hen (my neighborhood doesn’t allow Roos). They were born 2/2, so just over 3 weeks. I know many threads I read said d’uccles often show gender early. (I also know it’s too early to be sure, just thought it could be fun to hear your guesses!). The little black one has been smaller since the start. The bigger tan one had a little pink pop up in the comb last week for one day, that then appeared to go away again.

Not much to go on so far. Comb is still small so as a guess I'll say pullet. But it'll be a while before you can really tell.
There’s actually two birds pictured. For some reason the photos posted mixed up, but the first is a larger more tan chick and the second is smaller and more black

Update at 4 weeks old. One (first pic) is definitely a boy. Being from the same hatch, is the second (other 3 pictures) a pullet? Or is it still possible she’s a late developing Roo? I would be so sad if I got zero hens.
