3 week ducklings mean to 1 week ducklings

I have 4 three week ducklings and 2 one week old ducklings. The older ones are attacking the younger ones so I have them in separate brooders. Am I going to be able to put them together at some point when they're ready for the coop? How do I get them use to each other?

Ducks are very clique-y. I wouldn't expect an established group willing to accept newcomers.

Size and weight difference between 3-weeks-old and 1-week-old ducklings is TOO MUCH...

But for the time being, you need to keep your older ducklings separated from your younger ones... at least until they are of similare size!

How do I get them use to each other?

Can you put the brooders next to each other?

Because, until you can finally put your ducklings together, they need to be able to see each others (though, NOT touch each others)...
