3 week old BB Red Bantam Rooster

If what I have been told about how to tell a rooster from a hen. I think that I have a rooster. There is a second row of feathers comming out under the wings and it is alreadly got a pretty well devloped comb. What do you all think?

I tried to do it from my cell phone but do not have emial cababilitites on phone. I have a digital camera but it need batteries. I will get some at work tommorrow and take some more pics and try to post then. Thanks for your help.

Well, I tried to post pictures of chick with digital camera but now I ca not find disk needed to load on computer. I will keep on searching.
