3 week old chick has seizurs?

I was watching my chicks last night and I noticed one seemed a bit off. As I sat and watched it, I noticed it was walking funny and would fall over. I took the others out and out them in a separate pen. Then looked back and the one was flopping around and shaking, like it was having a seizure! This lasted about 20 seconds and stopped. It got up and walked away, and fell back over again. This chick is considerably smaller than the others so I added nutir drench to it's water hoping it's just dehydrated or lacking vitamins....any ideas of what's causing it?

anything with a brain can have a seizure. sometimes it happens for unknown reasons, and sometimes its genetic. If it keeps having them and it gets behind in growth it might be worth putting it down as if it has constant ones and cant stand then it wont grow and will be bullied and picked on for being smaller and weaker.
