3 week old chick keeps having water stools

One of my 3 week old chicks keeps having watery stools. When I first noticed this I read that it meant she was hot... she was also doing this panting sort of thing. But I know she can't be hot now b/c I raised the lamp and all the other chicks are just fine. Is it normal to have the watery runs this long? Should I be worried?

Could be dehydration.

She seems to be drinking plenty of water.

At three weeks, your heat needs to be about 80 degrees under the lamp with the ability to get away from the heat (decrease by 5 degrees per week until fully feathered around 6 weeks).
