3 Week Old Chick Not Eating?!

I have 3 healthy 3 week old chicks, and one which is slightly smaller than the others (may be down to the breed? American Dominique) and is not eating. She is drinking well but is not as active as the other three. Her poop is a little runny and had one day of pasty butt a few days ago.
Please help!
