3 WEEK OLD CHICK SICK?

My three week old gold sex link was yawning, or looked more like she was about to throw up for a good five minutes. I haven't seen her do it since, but I am just concerned if there is anything I should be worried about? I took them outside in the yard yesterday because it was 95 degrees out and I thought they'd enjoy playing. They ate a ton of bugs. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

It sounds like they were to hot. Chickens and chicks "gasp" when they are to hot or dehydrated. When you let them in your yard make sure they have access to fresh water. Try putting electrolytes in their water and see if that helps.

Also if they were outside eating bugs, do they have access to chick grit?

Thanks, they had access to fresh water. Although, they were too excited looking for bugs to drink any.
