3 week old chick w/prolapsed vent and difficulty pooping

Hey everyone! I have searched many of these post with no answers for details need to help Eloise. I have been treating her for prolapsed vent and maybe just need to give it more time. She really struggles with getting poop out. When she attempts this her vent protrudes and the poop hangs out there for a very long time. She chirps as if she is in pain when she attempts to push. I do have a video I am going to upload shortly. She is getting daily baths in epsom salt, using witch hazel after, then preparation H. She is eating and drinking fine.

Do you have coconut oil you can feed her? It'll help slicken her insides to get things moving like they should.
