3-Week-Old Chick with Leg Injury

Hi All,

The leg joint (the knee?) on one of my 3-week-old chicks is bending the wrong way. I've tried splinting it and just plain wrapping it with vet wrap. But the joint always manages to bend the wrong way. Any advice? Thank you!

It sounds like spraddle leg. What kind of flooring is it on?

She has been walking on a sawdust floor. She was fine until Saturday morning. I don't know if the other chicks shoved her around too much. Or maybe she tried jumping (like they have been doing) and landed wrong. Thanks for your help.
