3 week old chick with strangely shaped belly

One of my 3 week old chicks has a soft, almost swollen feeling belly. My daughter noticed that the rest of the chicks have a bone “ridge” down the front of their breast, but you can’t feel it in this chick. She also has a slightly bald
spot. Thoughts?
