3 week old chick wont stand up

We checked on the chicks this morning and all the chicks were walking around just fine. But this afternoon an Ameracauna was laying on her side. Whenever we pick her up she cries and she can't stand up. Her wings seem to be fine because when we lay her on her back she stops crying

Sorry about your chick. Are all the chicks in the brooder the same age? How old are they? Can you look for any swelling or redness, sores, or bruising on the legs? Can you post any pictures of the chick?

We have figured out what was wrong with her; somehow she dislocated her knee joint so now we're trying to fix it

Pictures would be good to see. Is it the joint between the femur and the fib-tib, or the hock/ankle jojnt?

It's between the femur and fib tib
