3 week old chick

I have a 3 week old chick that seems to be having a serious problem. Over the course of about a week now she has had trouble pooping. It had been a couple of days since I heard her but tonight she was having trouble again. She chirps really hard and you can see the poop half way out and her pushing. I caught a video of it tonight so that I could post it and hopefully get her help. I posted it on my family website on it's own page. The only link on the page is for the video. I appreciate any and all help here.

I have tried smooshed bananna but she was not intrested to try it. I also tried yogurt and again nothing. So, then I put some sand in the cage and they love it but it didn't help.

oooh that poor chickie!!! i dont have any helpful ideas, but i just wanted to say i feel bad for her and i hope you find the help yall need!!!

this link is about a broody pullet, but they suggest harmless oil such as flaxseed, or olive oil in their food to kind of "grease the gears" maybe that would help?
