3 week old chicks

My 3 week old chicks are in the coop and run with my chickens i got in may a week old at that time i have them separted with chicken wire almost 60 inchs high but i have 4 or 5 chicks that keep fling over the wire to be with the big girls one got pecked but they still fly over. should I cut there wings or just remove the wire and let them sort things out for themselfs?

You could let them all be together and watch them, but usually it's stated to wait till they're all the same physical size. There will be some pecking and fussing either way but make sure the smaller ones can get away from the big ones and still be able to eat and drink if the big ones keep them away from their feeder.
