1) What type of bird , age and weight. Call duck 3 weeks old.
2) What is the behavior, exactly. Very swollen eye, eyeball looks like it has a cataract
3) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. No
4) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. I am unsure if he got pecked in the eye
5) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. Yes acts completely normal
6) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. Normal
7) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? Wash with saline several times a day put neosporin on it a few times and giving antibiotic water
8 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet Treat myself
9) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
10) Describe the housing/bedding in use In a box with a polish chick and conturnix quail (that was being picked on) on newspaper

Poor little snickers needs help! Thanks!

I know chickens are a bit different than ducks, but my Jap bantam was broody and an impatient hen pecked her eye to get her out of the nexting box. I found her that day and thought she was fine enough, although her eye was a bit swollen, and let her be. But the next day her eye started bubbling and swelling badly and I had to take her away.

In isolation, I bought store brand eyedrops (for redness) and put 2 or 3 in her eye every evening and night. I also put some VetRX in her food and/or water, sometimes straight in her mouth and around her eye. The directions didn't say anything about eyes but I read that someone here on BYC did that and it worked.

To my amazment, she was cured about 2 weeks later and back to her normal self. I'm not sure if it's okay to give this treatment to a duck because they have different eye lenses than chickens but VetRX can be used for both types of poultry. The eyedrops really helped though.
