3 week old leg injury

I got a leg injury win it was 1 week old I hoping and dragon is leg around it eating and drinking it got better now it start again and now it is strollin and it not growing my other chicks is y bigger then this one I bought them at the time Thery was hatch as one day old chicks can some body help I don't won't to give up at all
