3 Week old New Hampshire Don't want to stand

Hello,
I have a 3 week old New Hampshire Red, It started about 4 days ago it don't stand up much like the other chicks it lets the other chicks walk over it and it only stands up if it wants food and then it stumbles over to there food and then sits down while it eats and it sits by its self alot and seems like it is breathing heavy, Does anyone have a clue? Thanks alot

First thing you need to do is isolate it. Get it into a separate brooder, provide warmth, and tell us what you are feeding, what the environment is that you have had it in, what it's poop looks like, etc. Give as many details as you can. PolyViSol is usually recommended at once, three drops to the beak daily, Aviacharge to the water, yogurt - plain organic, mixed with the food. If there are discharges from anywhere, note it. Color of comb is important, clarity of eyes, condition of vent as well.

First pict. he got in the new box and just sat down in front of the food and ate while it was laying down.

Third pict. This is it's poo to me it liiks good but I don't know about the white on the bottom of the pile?
