3 week old Polish hen , lump above wing

View attachment 1081524 My three week polish hen has a lump between the top of her wing and her neck. She is half the size of the rest of the flock. She lays on her side a lot. She is eating , drinking, and having normal looking bowel movements. Weird thing is, I noticed the lump last night. This morning it was gone. This afternoon it is back.


Anyone Know what this is?

Is the lump/bump on the RIGHT side?
I'm going to have to say this is her crop and they usually eat all day which makes it full/more noticeable in the evening and then they spend the night pooping it all out, which will make it look like it is gone in the morning.
Totally normal.

Its as big as the top of her head. I didnt notice it on the others, plus she is half their size.

She's a bantam breed.
