I apologize for confusing you. no they weren’t, they were driven to me by car in a small box from Kentucky to florida by a transporter. like someone that you pay to bring animals to you from some place else. checking right now!

Ok, that makes more sense. I'm not sure,I think npip is required to sell birds over state lines.
