3 Week old Silkie with Food/shavings stuck in Crop with Twisted neck

I think she has/had food stuck in her crop as I felt a hard, gritty, crumble-like mass in her neck and her neck is completely twisted. I massaged the food down so that I can't feel it any longer but her neck is still twisted. I have given her codliver oil and water as I found suggested, added some colloidal silver to her water (wasn't sure how much, so about a 1/2 tsp to 2 tbls). She's only 3 weeks so I don't want her to get too malnourished by withholding food for a few days, any suggestions on how to help her pass the mass and yet keep her nourished enough? Thanks, this is one from my 12 year old daughters lavender silkie batch she hatched and we are both grateful for any help!
