3 weeker seems off

My chicks are now 3 weeks old and tonight when I went to check on them, one seems a little puffed up and wandering around aimlessly. She took a few drinks of water and pecked once or twice at her feed but she is not zipping around, flapping wings and doing chicky things like the other 13. Should I be looking for something? Or is she just tired?
I saw her poo tonight also, medium brown wet looking with some bubbles. I've watched the other chicks poo and it varies They can have that same poo and also formed poo.

They are getting friendlier but they will freak out and all pile into a corner just about every time I come check on them.

Feed her a little scrambled egg separate from the mob. If a chick acts slower they may be bullied out of their food. I hope she perks up!

Checked on her this morning and she is eating and drinking and running around with the other. Will keep an eye on her though and if she slows down again will definitely try scrambled egg for her. Thank you!
