3 weekers fed wrong food! Will they be okay?

I was feeding my Pheasants, and without thinking fed my hungry 3 weekers 245 Gamebird starter. Will they be alright?

I don't think it's going to hurt them as long as they aren't STILL eating it.

what is the content of the feed?
is it 28% protein?

probably if you go to chick starter now
DO THIS
only add 1/3 the new feed to 2/3 game bird starter so as not to shock their system to radically by changing

ad a little more each day such as 1/2 to 1/2 the 3/4 to 1/4 and then 3/3 all chick starter
then when the chick starter is up to 3/3 then DO NOT ADD ANY GAMEBIRD STARTER

they will be okay then

it probably just rushed the advancement of the insides of the chicks some as high protein does that

Some people raise chicks on gamebird starter and they apparently do fine on it.

I raise my chicks on game starter/grower they are growing fast. had an old chicken farmer tell me if I want bigger chickens faster to use game instead of regular chicken starter grower.
