3 weeks - Breed sex guesses?

I know its young, but figured it'd be coll to get some guesses on this cutie. Its name is Hartley. I have 2 others like him, but they are darker colors.

Is that eyeliner? Could be an easter egger (or other breeds that share that trait). Unable to guess on gender based on the comb; too young to tell. You should get more clues in a couple weeks as all that down starts to shed and feathers come in.

Local hardware store. They use local donated eggs. No idea what any will be breed wise and they are unsexed. I got 4 and 3 days later got 3 more. I have 3 that look like the one above, and 2 black and whites and two yellows.
