3 weeks, but still very small eggs...thoughts?

One of my girls started laying about 3 weeks ago. The first eggs were perfectly shaped, but just very small. Three weeks later, they are still perfectly shaped, but very small. Will they get bigger as she gets bigger? Or are they going to be teeny tiny forever?

Here is a comparison: three smaller ones are from my Australorp and the larger brown one is a regular size store bought egg.

usually pullets lay small for awhile not sure how long I guess it depends on each bird.

It takes time. Sometimes a pullet won't lay much of egg by way of size. As she matures, this often improves. After the first moult at 18 months, the egg numbers decrease a bit, but the size increase makes up for it.
