3 wk old orps are these splash?

I have 2 orp chicks that I was told were splash. One does have a couple of dark spots and the other doesn't have any splash markings. Will these markings show up later? These chicks started out light yellow and now have a bluish tinge.

also, is it too early to guess genders?

Full grown no but it will take till it is fully maturely feathered to tell forsure

Both chicks are Splash, some Splash birds are just more heavily marked with dark splotches than others. You'll notice more color as the chicks develop and mature.

It's not Lavender, I've had both colors and Lav looks completely different.
